BAUCHI STATE IS POISED FOR TRANSFORMATIVE GROWTH- GOVERNOR BALA OF BAUCHI STATE.

Bauchi State is poised for transformative growth, thanks to the visionary leadership of Governor Bala Mohammed.

 The recent State Executive Council meeting, presided over by the governor, yielded far-reaching decisions that will propel the state towards sustainable development.

The council approved the comprehensive rehabilitation of the State Specialist Hospital, Bauchi, to enhance healthcare delivery. This initiative will introduce cutting-edge medical equipment, revamped infrastructure, and staff quarters, ultimately attracting top healthcare professionals to the state.

To stimulate economic growth, the council ratified the renovation of the Bauchi State House of Assembly Complex, fostering a conducive environment for lawmakers. This move demonstrates Governor Mohammed's commitment to revitalizing critical sectors of the economy.

The council also deliberated on the digitization of Bauchi State Television (BATV) and Bauchi Radio Corporation (BRC), leveraging newly acquired equipment. Furthermore, a memorandum from the Ministry of Information and Communications outlined a pioneering youth and women employment initiative through cyber security, in collaboration with the Canadian government.

This innovative program aims to provide continuous training and employment opportunities for youths, driving sustainable growth and development. By investing in human capital, Bauchi State is poised to unlock its full potential.
